Hi Joshua, not sure if you know. To control height on them you clip the tips of the main stem... and they will grow more side way. Now you are going to need distance between plants.

Your going to have to hand pollinate just need a small paint brush or your finger ruffing the plant up like bees do. Some plants have male and female flowers. Peppers just rub your thumb in the flower every one. Same with tomatos and strawberrys
Just cut the roots a bit they do regrow. You can do a determinate tomato which is a vine like cucumbers watermellon pumpkins and squash. Squash gets huge though
That’s a very good point! I need to do some rearranging of my system to handle larger plants. Instead, I think I’ll wait to spring to grow them outside hydroponically. That way there’s free sun and pollination.
