Recent days in Tamil Nadu , many thiruttu dravidian people started showing hatred on brahmins unnecessarily ... like this hotel many small small eateries are there in srirangam and many parts of TN... that shows brahmins hardwork and dedication

Not able to understand , what is your concern here .. i also visited this hotel yesterday .. spoke to the supplier and ate 1 dosa and 1 sambar vada with kara chutney .. nice taste .. i dont have a habit of seeing face of cashier :)

நீங்க உண்மையான பார்த்தசாரதி ஹோட்டல் சுவையை உணர்ந்து கொள்ள வாய்ப்பேயில்லை . நான் மட்டுமல்ல இந்த திருவணைக்கோயில் ஏரியாவில் இருக்கும் அனைவருக்கும் இந்த ஹோட்டலின் உண்மையான ருசியும் சுவையும் எப்படி இருந்தது 20 வருடங்களுக்கு முன்பு என்பது தெரியும். நீங்க ஒரு பதிவை you tube ல் போடுவதற்கு முன்பாக நீங்க அந்த ஹோட்டல் புகழும் அளவுக்கு இப்போது தகுதியாக உள்ளதாக என்பதை அறிந்து பதிவேற்றவும். 20 வருடங்களுக்கு முன்பு வரை நீங்கள் இந்த பதிவில் புகழ்ந்தது போல் இருந்தது. இபோது இந்த பார்த்தசாரதி ஹோட்டல் பழைய நல்ல பெயரை சொல்லி ஓடிக்கொண்டிருக்கும் ஒரு நோண்டி குதிரை. அதன் ஓட்டம் சிறிது காலம் வரை தான். அந்த ஹோட்டலின் உண்மையான சுவையையும் நல்ல பெயரையும் தகுதியற்ற நபர்களை வைத்து 90 சதவிகிதம் கெடுத்து விட்டார்கள். இன்னும் எத்தனை காலத்துக்கு உங்களை போன்ற மீடியாக்கள் பெயரை சொல்லி தினமலர் பேமஸ், ஆனந்தவிகடன் பேமஸ், என்று சொல்லி அவர்களை அவர்களே ஏமாற்றி கொள்ள போகிறார்களோ தெரியவில்லை. ஒரு காலத்தில் அந்த கடையை கடந்து போகும் போதே நெய் வாசமும், சாம்பார் வாசமும் சுண்டி இழுக்கும். ஆனால் இன்று உங்களை போன்ற வெளியூர் காரர்கள் தவறான செய்திகளை வெளியிட்டு இந்த மாதிரியான பழைய பெயரை சொல்லி காலம் ஓட்டிக்கொண்டு இருக்கும் ஹோட்டலை ப்ரோமோட் செய்கிறீர்கள். மிக மன வருத்தத்துடன் இனிமேலாவது அந்த ஹோட்டல் நிர்வாகி இந்த உண்மையான விமர்ச்சனத்தை பார்த்து தூக்கத்தில் இருந்து விழிகட்டும். I studied in Trichy for 4 years. Never had a chance to visit this establishment. Hopefully in my next trip, sharp at 5AM, I will be tasting the Rava pongal. Perhaps stay for an entire day near the temple and enjoy their food all day long.

A very well made descriptive video about a typical Iyer restaurant where traditional way of cooking produces a divinely tasty tiffin. Your words and tonal quality enrich the divinity further so much so that the same has partly travelled online to USA and enriched my room here. Even by hearing your talk I got the feeling as if I am sitting in front of you and savoring the delicacies of “super”, idly, vadai, sambar vadai, ney roast, ghee Pongal early morning at Thiruvanaikovi in Trichy. My brother Raju(now in Melbourne) when working in BHEL Trichy in 1981-82 used to tell about the very tasty items at Thiruvanaikovil, but he had not mentioned any names. Good service by the family of founder late Ananthanarayanan Iyer and his present family of Vaidyanathan and his trusted band of assistants. Congratulations on giving us this fine video.

Last sunday (4/10/2020) i had been to Parthasarathi Vilas - Gone with too many expectation based on so many foodies comment. Literally it was a disappointment. ordered for Ghee roast and served with ordinary roast with no ghee flavour in it. Similarly ordered for Sambar vada but served with plain vada and poured sambar and informed this is sambar vada. For those who want to visit - do not have too much expectation when you are there. But i am a viewer of BLU and always the review is genuine.
You are right. We had to squeeze the oil out of the Vada. Very bad taste. The pongal was okay. But giving sugar was quite ridiculous. What abt diabetics? Too much hype.
