- My first video essay, hope you guys like it! This video is basically a commentated introduction to our Helldivers 2 speedruns as a whole. In the future, the plan is to record commentary and edit together a video for all of our most impressive co-op world records.

I love using these tips in public games, either my teammates will full-clear in around 10-13 mins, or they will follow me around and support me, deleting every single bot off the map

Yep, this game is really fun to speedrun since it has baked in incentives for it already. You even get extra rewards (XP bonus) too

I am amazed by your speedruns. It would be interesting to see a Solo Speedrun on a new account from difficulty 1 to 10.
It's a completely different experience when you're not just trying to get through it quickly, but are limited in resources and stratagems.
Sadly, Arrowhead doesn't allow to create multiple characters under one account. I actually played from a new steam account to try the game from level 1 again.
Same! I miss playing the "RPG" of Helldivers 2 and I completely agree that the game is more fun and very different when you aren't playing on a maxed out account. It would be cool to think about how to optimize it too.
Perhaps some kind of optimal farming and progression guide is in order? Could be useful to speedrunners too who still need to max out their accounts to be competitive
@@canis.xo.speedruns Maybe we can ask Arrowhead to at least give us option wipe-out account to start over. It's not hard to create another Steam account and give it family sharing.
I actually created ticket for Arrowhead's support asking to add a wipe account:) Will see..
