Why I love DogDay as a character (Poppy Playtime)

Like a lot of people, I was worried about Poppy Playtime chapter 3. However, once it actually came out, I relieved that there was more effort put into it, even with its flaws here and there. One thing I love about the chapter is DogDay. Who is he? Let's find out.
