The Tracker. How to play [UPDATED]

In this video I am casually saving a child from captivity and chopping zeds on my way to the goal. This is a n updated version of the original game and it has some of the 'bugs' fixed and rules adjusted for a better flow.
The Tracker is 90% completed. There might me some minor changes in the final version though.

This game looks insanely awesome! I love the strategic options and how the dice luck seems well-balanced. The main mission and side missions also look super exciting.
Who is the creator of this game, and where can I download this print-and-play game? Are there multiple versions, expansions, or perhaps another chapter of the story? And is there a version where the game board is in color? 😊
