- Iloilo Business Park or IBP is the newest and most modern township in Iloilo City. From Condominiums, hotels, to a shopping mall and office towers and an emerging night life with restaurants and food stalls scattered across the Festive Walk Parade, you can't go wrong when you include it on your trip soon. The ambiance alone of the place feels like you are somewhere in Europe because of the architectural design of the buildings and of course, there is no more spaghetti wires (cables) hanging..🙂

This is like BGC in Manila, but less crowded and much more disciplined.
Paano naging bgc ang liit nang mga building parang manga apartment house Lang ang bgc ang tataas nang mga building.

When I meant like BGC, I didn't mean the infrastructures. You have to look at the big picture, I'm talking about the economical value Ng area. BGC is one of Manila's business districts, it was first established so obviously its infrastructures are ahead. Regarding Iloilo business park and Megaworld, just like manila this is Iloilo top concierge business area which brings in monetary value.

It's a runway before of our old airport. Yes planning and good governance are involved.
Kung may urban planning bawat syudad! Malamang magiging kaparehas Ang bawat city ng iloilo. Isa sa Meron sa Iloilo Yung architecture na maganda.. TAs organized dependi talaga Yan sa LGU... Meron din mga lungsod na sobrang Ganda Ng pagka Plano Hindi lang kahit saan nagtatayu Ng building.
Tama ka Po kung lahat sana may Urban planning na susundan maganda sana. Sa ibang bansa Po Kasi Meron talaga tulad Dito, may national urban policy na kailangan maimplement .....pero dyan sa Megaworld sa lahat ng development properties ni Andrew Tan, may master planning talaga Sila. tulad Ng McKinley, Eastwood city, ilo ilo business park at ibapa

I can't imagine this is the old airport now a mega city. Great planning and keep it clean. I wish you all don't forget the old city and Fort San Pedro. We used to hang out there before watching the big ship arriving and overlooking Guimaras island. That chicken inasal yummy by the seaside. Villa beach needs also a massive renovation and clean up. I used to enjoy the weekend outing with family and friends before. Thanks for sharing.
Dinagyang festival is almost near. Hopefully i could come home. 🤗
