I wish I could give my daughters a Patch on the Tush when they act up without it being considered as child abuse. I remember my mom had a paddle/cutting board that she called the "Patcher". She used to smack us on the tush when we acted inappropriately or talked back.

So few realize that the reason that Hanukkah is 8 Days is because it is on the 8th day after making 7 days of specific offerings that the first morning and evening offerings are then able to be offered. Yah's blessings.
