The crew themselves, they've, always been called Orange Watch as they are On-Call Retained. You can get other different colours of watches besides Red, Blue, White and Green you know, depending on which Fire and Rescue Service in Britain. You got the West Midlands Fire Service, they're 100% Wholetime. They got what they call the Cores crews and they are Red, Blue, White and Green. 08:00 until 18:00 of two days and nights and four days off. But they also got the Latest crews, they work 4 days on and off, 10:00 to 22:00 each and they're called Orange and Purple. In Warwickshire FRS, there's Alpha and Bravo Watches for their Peak Demand shift. I remember one time, there's even Yellow Watch and Black Watch in some services. I can't remember which FRS though, it was a long time ago since I read some info about them.
