Well done. It looks like the best features of all the best packs on the market.
Thank you Eric! I definitely tried to take little bits from my favorite packs and morph it into this one.
The color and the fabric is right on dude. Love that fanny pack too
Thanks Tahoe!!
Love the hip belt and Fanny pack connection!
Thanks Cam!

great looking pack ;) - promise i will get around to doing a video review - for now - love it - very much agree with the heavier DCF for durability - and custom features working well - for now 10/10
Knew you'd recognize it! haha. 10/10, I'll take that!
A video review or website review is always appreciated. Thank you Kaare!
Really well thought-out design!
(Side note - your back yard looks very similar to my old back yard in Colorado, keeps freaking me out when I see it in pictures lol!)
Keep up the great work!
Thank you Jason! LOL. Where did you live in CO? I'm in NE Boulder
@@RedPawPacks I've lived in Westminster, Lafayette, Superior and Erie out there, and my job was in Gunbarrel.
If you haven't had them yet, Snarf's has great sandwiches :)
@@thejasonofalltrades Oh wow , that's all super close to me. I'm in Gunbarrel. Snarfs is amazing!
Great Review of the Flatiron. Can we expect a review of the Front Range 40L soon? Would love to see that review!
Yes I'll be working on that video soon! Thank you!
Oh man, those straps look comfy.
They are! They have the Dyneema Woven Melange on the outer, 3/8" foam, and 1/8" spacer mesh. They are about 3" wide at the point where they rest on the shoulders, so they distribute the load of the pack well. Cheers, and thank you!
Interesting design! Nice work
Thank you very much!
I love the pack design! Have you/would you consider making one without the center zipper? i feel like I would never use it because a pack liner would make it almost useless, and a continuous front pocket seems like it would be more versetile
Yes I've made a few without the center zipper. Just leave that in the order notes when checking out on the website and I can do that for you, no problem!
I have personally found the center zipper to be amazingly useful. But to each their own!
SOLID DESIGN !!
Thank you!!
Nice pack! Looks quite large for a 28L. Is there any standard that manufacturers use to measure volume? They seem to differ wildly!
Thank you! To be honest, I dont think there is a standard system. Most of the time it is a ballpark estimate. Also, it seems that just the dimensions of the pack do not always exactly equal the cu in or liters of volume. It's a tricky problem!
Where Can i buy it
you can buy a custom pack from me on my website redpawpawpacks.com
The upper pockets on the shoulders seem to be too hight to be of much use.
You'd be surprised. They are very easy to access.
That's great! But I prefer X-pac ver. Dyneema sounds to get on my nerves
I hear you on the noise. It softens up and is quieter over time. After about 50 miles on mine, it is soft and less noisy. Cheers!
