I had sinus problems for decades. Drink more water, eliminate dairy, use sterile saline nasal spray. This worked for me. The doctor’s meds almost killed me.
People have contracted deadly microbial diseases from misuse of the neti pot. If you use one, you must use sterile distilled water and carefully chosen sterile salts/herbs.

Sudafed is a little red pill. I have to take 2 at a time, but I have serious sinus issues from being burned as a child. I’m a reluctant expert. Get the short acting kind. 4-6 hours. The long acting dries up EVERYTHING. Eyes, vagina, intestinal mucosa. Can cause constipation. A sinus rinse is very helpful too, but if you hate stuff up your nose, I understand. It’s very soothing though. I use that and 3 nasal sprays. I hope you don’t need that much intervention.
