It’s great that you still have a story to tell but as for myself never see my father face never know how he look like he passed away when I was about a few months old I am raised by my mom and my brother and my mom left me when I was six years old all my life I’ve been raised by my big brother he put his guidance to me and he take me everywhere he goes I am appreciate that my older brother is like a father to me but I just want to tell you that it is good that you still have a story to tell to the world And you still get to meet your Real father they gave birth to you to tell your story

We all have a story to tell, Im the youngest of all my 3 sisters, my mother still 7 months pregnant with me, my father passed away before I was born. Never having a glimpse of him in this life, just blurry black and white photos. Your story brought tears and tugged at my heart. Thank you... you’re right “must have a box of tissues near by” ❤️

Very interesting story. Good for you that you still have a father to visit. As for me I have never seen my father’s face or even picture of him. We came to America when I was 2 or 3 years old too. But we came a bit earlier than yours. You can say we are probably the first few planes to America. We arrived in Wausau Wisconsin in October 31 1972. Then our sponsor moved to Appleton following is job as a Pastor in 1981. So we followed him to Appleton. Ever since we never moved.

As promised, I’m watching and I’ve subscribed. 4 minutes in and I’m already tearing up! I’m anticipating the waterworks already. I’ve lost both of my parents and there have been countless times that I wished they were just far away or lost and we’d eventually reunite. Sadly, that will never happen. Looking forward to the rest of this video and Part 2.

Also, how’d your dad end up in that province? Why was he gone for so long after he left back to Laos? What’s your mom’s story? Did she remarry and where did she raise you? Soooo many questions that I hope will be answered in part 2.

May God Bless us hmong people who were in so much pain that we had to sacrifice our lives so our new generations can live happier lives. Now we are in a better place now (USA). May Hmong Hlub Hmong and May others hlub Hmong. Good or bad, I know there’s a soft spot in our heart that shows we all love and care about each other very much. God bless us and god bless other races too. This is just one of our stories and many more to come.

Hmong have a saying...if the mountain land and seas separated us than one day we will see each other again. But if you are cover under dirt then we will never see each other again..that's why no matter how far or near your father is you will go and meet him..I Guarantee you that those of us who lost our father if he is still alive we will go and find him no matter were he would live in this world.

I hope you can bring your dad here permanently. He is your blood family so do the process with INS. If my cousin can do it for both her parents then you can too.

peek, before you met your father, you have all these question in your head and wanted to know the reason why, but i'll tell you, as soon as you see your father, your questions no longer needed it, because your heart knows the answer within him is saying already... i know how it feels to not have a father in your life, because my dad left me when i was young too, now i do everything i can for my son, so he'll never have to experience the feelings i went through.. i so happy for your reunion with your dad.

Why some families are left behind or separated? Easy and simple!! The message from Vang Pao was: i left to seek refuge til things sorted it out...i will be back!! Whole bunch of peoples buys into that message!! In reality, Laos was never our country or land...once the war was over the line already drawn...
And peoples today still peddling that false message: Laos is our country!! Folks, Laos is not our country or land...your country or land is back in Hunan/Yunan/Honghe, China!! Yes...its a sad story, but there are still whole bunch of dumbasses that make it worst!!
