FOREVER 24th Anniversary "IF YOU WANNA HAVE SOME FUN" Alternative Version Spice Girls

- In this version, we Rearranged Solo Parts, Amplified Strings, Alternative Strings Ending, Shortened 2nd Chorus
To celebrate the 24th anniversary of the release of the Spice Girls' third and final album, FOREVER, I have re-edited all the songs based on the following principles:
1. Removed all Darkchild tags where possible.
2. Kept the first chorus free of ad-libs to match the production style of their first two albums, moving the ad-libs to later sections, layered them if sounded good.
3. Rearranged solo parts where one member dominated, to create a more balanced distribution.
4. Shortened the choruses when the song felt too long.
5. Amplified certain instrumentals where they sounded better.
6. In cases where minimal editing was needed, I used a completely different backing track.
7. Very minimal AI vocals were used only when needed.
The first track I’m sharing is If You Wanna Have Some Fun. Let me know if you notice the changes, whether you like them, or if you have suggestions for improvement.
I will upload all 18 tracks one by one, and by the end of it, I will share the download link of the entire album. Your suggestions might be included in the final version.

Oh, how i wish they could perfom this song... That intro is amazing and it could sound awesome live! I love how you highlight the girls in the chorus and highlight the backing vocals in Mel C"s verse, thank you so much for this! Can't wait to re-discover Forever, since we don't have new music on the way is exciting to listen to the album with a new perspective. Love the artwork and I've always loved this song except for the really long ending repeating too many times. 3 to 4 times is fine but the studio did too much. That was annoying when I heard it when I got it new back then.
Exactly! Would have been better if all other girls would do their ad-libs too but i just wanted Emma to shut up....
This is such an improvement from the original. The length is better as the original was far too long for an uptempo track. It also sounds more pop, more traditional Spice and fits what we got and loved so much on the first two albums.
I also like the ending. By far the best part is the ad-lib free choruses - AMEN to that, it is what ruined the songs on the original album in my opinion.

Why did you swap the verses Mel B/Victoria? The words no longer make sense
I really like this - honest feedback though, the only thing I don't really agree with is changing the verses. Cutting the song down or anything else is fine with me, but actually changing the song itself doesn't sit right with me.
Thank you for your comment and I understand your point. SInce we have been listening to these songs for 25 years and have had no new music for so long, it is just a fun project to listen to different versions and hopefully have a new feeling towards the songs. Some fans might do, some might not it's ok, it's not a serious project.
