Thanks for this Jesse, loved the tip about finding a different place to meditate ( and the snipping balloons thing 😂) . I ve been doing meditation for few years now and became a must in my life!

A really inspiring video, like all content on this channel. Btw, I took a self-empowerment course with my parents in senior year of h.s. It’s core message is using meditation as a direct path to visualize your goals.
Visualization, as in Jesse’s balloons for example, is very important. Also positive language, i.e. try not to use negative language, but rather express a negative as its positive opposite. Visualization and language form intent, which is the backbone of all artistic expression.

I don't use loops and pre recorded motifs and riffs and the such. I play and arrange all my music. I don't particularly care for the robotic beats and sounds that make up most of the music today.

What's your current weakness? Ive noticed many people try too hard and over-do their mixing.

It's more fun to pop the balloons.

The dreamers of today shape the world of Tomorrow - Einstein. We can either be a Chicken Lickin or a Little Red Hen. This is the perfect opportunity to get all those tracks finished and bundled up ready to submit to the libraries. I asked the Universe for some legitimate down time where I could stop gigging and concentrate on completing my recordings. Shortly after I was told I needed an operation that required 6 weeks of convalescence. I told the Universe I needed longer, at least a couple of months for the work. I never expected this to be the answer. Sorry everyone!!

Should we reach out to our music libraries during this time to see if they need anything new or just wait for them to contact us?

You can certainly ask them! I'm certain they're going to keep wanting new music for their catalogue right now.

I have to disagree on the movie theaters are going to die thing. If they do, it's not going to be for a long time. Some towns still have drive-ins, ffs! These guys may not go to the movies, but
hit movies are making way, way too much money to be dropping off any time soon from theaters. Even if smaller movies get released online, there'll still be moviegoers (like when the Irishman hit).
Same reason you need to take your daughter to something because you need something to do, lots of people go through the same.

Thats a fair point. When I said that I wasn't really speaking in absolutes... I do think lots of them will go, but some will adapt. For example the one by my house plays new movies but also rents out theaters for parties and events. A big hit last summer was a bunch of kids renting out a theater room to play Fortnite tournaments.
