Hi. Actually this teaching was given by the Late Khenpo Choewang of Gongjang Monastery, Sikkim, around the year 2010. I got this audio teaching from a friend's friend, many years ago. 🙏🌸♥️ I got to know from the comments on TH-cam that Khenpo passed away few years ago.
