Um! Agreed. But I really dont think they can think that much thou. Most of my Thai friends use their English sentence just like how Google translator does. The fastest and closest and easiest way for them will be just "How do you feel about me?". But of course, there are ways that more appropriate and would sound more like romantic proposal than this one. :)
