Chef Sanjay, I was thrilled when I came across your goat head recipe. You don't come across this kind in a hurry. It reminded me of my childhood ( I'm 83 now) when our family used to enjoy this and trotters (paya) curry which was singed and cleaned at home. My cousin few years ago made goat head curry when we visit them in Hyderabad she added coconut milk can you tell if we use coconut milk how and when I should add.
@mangeshcd1 it's actually about not wasting any part of the animal, so not a contradictory philosophy to vegetarianism in that sense. If you find a goat's head in front of you, best to know how to put it to good use! great instruction in the video

yes you can very much skip coconut and add khas khas paste...these works as thickening agents.
