I did think you were approaching a really good fishing spot instead, Luke, all that steering between trees, bouncing around, tight turns, in the dark! As a passenger, it's disorienting until you get there, but the crisp and cool of first light, until the first glow hits, it's noice, eh. By then, the orb weavers have packed their web and meals away, it's rather a dreamland, but the opposite, a few minutes after dark, is the stuff of nightmares, so that early-started adventure is greatly achieved, as long as you've got the rest of the day ahead to recover! Good luck, good gold, and stay safe, Luke and Andrew, and the best for the season to you fellows and your families, chin-chin! Gabi of Narre Warren.
Thanks heaps for joining us on this adventure @derekthomassen5407 the early start certainly paid off with the gold! I can't wait to show more crazy adventures soon. Cheers heaps mate🤝👍⛏️
Great effort, I went out detecting until midday today out at Fryerstown (name fits) and the bush was so hot & humid, I reckon I drank 5 litres of water but lost 10. Found plenty of lead shot but no gold today and then the heat beat me so I called time and packed up.
Thanks heaps for watching our latest adventure @ProspectorswithParkinsons it was probably a little silly to be out so early on this day but it did seem to pay off nicely. And bonus was we were back home to watch the fight with Mike Tyson that day and beating the heat! An interesting spot Fryerstown, not somewhere I have been yet myself but researched it heavily in past years. I often hear of others getting good gold there. But definitely not easy on those hot days. Feels like the bush floor is just as hot as the sun! Take good care and I wish you the best of luck on your next outing🙂⛏️
Thanks so much for watching @prospectvic what a ripper day on the gold and beating the heat. Andrew does have a brand new 12" Sadie coil for his 5000 and loving it! However he still has to walk over those signals and dig them😉⛏️
Haha i was trying to sneak up the gold whilst it was sleeping @laviniawoollard but it didn't work at the start. We only started getting gold once light approached..😆 Thankfully we did beat the heat though
Thanks heaps for your support @MeteorMacX I really appreciate it mate🙂 Stay tuned as we share friday night videos weekly with members live chat. I look forward to seeing you again soon! Cheers🤝👍⛏️

Fabulous to see both on the gold. Great tips on picks too.

Great hunt guys, maybe a Sadie coil on the 5000 in those shallow small gold areas for Andrew?
Thanks so much for watching @prospectvic what a ripper day on the gold and beating the heat.

@DigItDetecting yeah true that mate
Love your enthusiasm, but the only time I'm up that early is to go fishing.

Can I come with you to look for gold?
@joskull2732 you sure can🙂 You just need a Victorian Miners Right to dig for gold in Victoria.
