(how i wish they were.. but who knows?) :(( i feel you! i stopped at the last ep. of s2 'coz i've heard that they made the gays weep and left with too many questions.. and i ain't ready for that sht. 😂😭 but there's this article that i've read.. one of the co-creators/writers (jen statsky) clarify that ava-deborah's relationship wasn't really a solidly mother-daughter type.. deborah's char is constantly evolving, so we'll never know. hopefully they renew hacks.. and gave #avorah a shot this time. 🙇♀️ UPDATE: there will be season 3. yes, you've read that right! That was a surprise, wasn't expecting it to be about a same sex relationship. Not that there's anything wrong with that! I wish the show lots of success. Jean Smart is a terrific actress!
The show is not about a same sex relationship. The character of Ava is bisexual and one night she has a dream and Deborah (Jean Smart) kisses her in the dream. It’s all explained in the show. Deborah’s character isnt gay. Its really about the friendship that develops. It’s a fantastic show btw. Loved it.
@@stacyc4287 yes but the fact they have a samesex kiss though many shows are just str8 without any girl on girl kiss some explore that side..so i kinda see his point more & more shows hardly ever fully str8
