Well it does once split ends that are damaged have been cut off and you look after your hair extremely well. However, that varies from person to person.
I would've got it cut just below her shoulders,I wouldn't have put her on TH-cam, I'd film it for memories to have but not for the world to see my little girl,children shouldn't be put up on the Internet, it's not safe

That wasn't a haircut - that was barely even a trim. Mom wasted her money taking her to a salon. She could have trimmed that tiny bit off herself.
