@@takeeto9894 IDK, all they've shown is that the allied AI can now actually and consistently pull off D-Day against an AI Axis, which means you can actually play Allied minors like Australia, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, or the Netherlands in Singleplayer now.
I might even try to get Bjerdeving again.
Normal France: surrender before 1940
Alex's France: Surrender to become Vichy France, then attack Allies and then switch like Italy (let Free France annex you) and win a war as Free France

Im going to make a new review of the game by start playing it again and taking my time for it. I think i will give my honest review over a week. I also want to let everyone that replied to my comment know that they were right and I deserve all the hate. Sorry for the bad comment everyone.

Other than that you have to just try everything out in the start and watch some tutorials, or even for example search up "Making Super Italy" etc and follow the video, it'll be easier to understand - it was atleast helpful to me.

We need to show this to Paradox so they can fix the transition from Vichy France back into regular France. I hope they fix this so that the game is playable as Vichy on Ironman.....
I think that Vichy France is just supposed to be annexed and the event does not need fixed
@@mrgorbygorby4137 yeah, there is no point in clicking it. its supposed to be only used by the ai so free france gets to annex them like irl.
EDIT: Should mention that coding events is easily the least time-consuming part of Hoi4 modding. Any change on the country and borders are dictated by events, so having the player be able to click it isn't just optional - it's obligatory to the event to be able to fire for the AI.
Also Vichy should really get the option to go after the Germans directly instead of needing to rely on them refusing to end the occupation.

It's to make Germany strong. The focuses are to bring nations to where they were historically. A focus for a generic country is weaker to build industry than KDF-Wagen as Germany was more sucessful in building their industry than other countries before the war. This is not civ where all countries are pretty equal. But point taken, some focuses are a bit too weak.

@@Skiringen Eh you do know its not all that hard to beat germany as France in getting your industry up in singleplayer right? Admittedly its harder in multiplayer, but I managed it just this afternoon and absolutely slaughtered the axis with the only support from the other allies being air and troops to hold my African colonies against the Italians

My Great grandfather. My grandma's father was in Auchwitz in 1944-45 and actually escaped with 4 other guys. Yes they were helped my a german guard that they bribed.
They walked home for over a month
They only walked at night because they were scared to get caught during the day. He lived till I was born in 1981
