Moscow to Kazan = 13 hrs for 793km makes it 60kmph speed. To cover the same distance indian railways at current levels with old tracks take less time for e.g. Lucknow- Ludhiana is 863km in 13hrs.

Depends on train some take less some take more for example farakka takes 17 h to cover vns to delhi (775km) whereas rajadhani takes 12 same applies in russia also there are other trains which take 11-12h to reach kazan
