There was blood stains on my bed and Hair.
We paid Rs 5700 per room
and it wasnt upto the mark.

Hotel grand m main bhut time ruk Chuka hu or mujhe lgta hai yeah sub miss understanding hai guest ke trf se or main janta hu ke vha staff ka kaam behiver hai

Nikhil Sharma manager of Grand Welcome hotel and Wander and Wonder blog I don't know both of you.
I have been regularly watching the Videos of WnW channel.
I have visited Jaipur Comfort Inn and Rishikesh after watching ur videos and was very comfortable.
Sad to see that threatened staff using such filthy and abnoxious language which reflects the status of reputed hotel.
Critic should be taken in a healthy way to bring about improvement where one is lacking.
The family had paid good amount of Rs11800 and ur staff calls them Bhikari this is not the correct way to protect oneself.
This will bring down the status of ur hotel
Plz grow up to accept the critics and work on it to improve.

I had all the plans to visit this place after watching the video of the utubber appreciating ur hotel but was shocked when things like blood stains on mattress ,hair on bed sheets broken handles....
One does not expect from a hotel where one comes to relax and enjoy.
Things were Crystal clear.
Viewers are intelligent enough to judge what is right and wrong.

I went to shimla and stayed in this hotel in 2021 , hotel service was bad , insects were entering the room and my sister was hurt , door handles were very dirty , no soap in bathroom and bedsheets not clean and a hole in the floor of the balcony
Then we changed the booking for only 2 days and moved to another hote

OMG. Thanks a tonne for exposing such places with your honest reviews. Lesson to be learnt for all the tourists like us - Cease to patronise this hotel. This kind of callous behaviour by the staff esp. the manager is definitely putting the reputation of the hotel at stake.
