Hace mucho frío aquí. El clima puede llegar a -10C° bajo zero.

Diez grados no hace frío! Aquí en Massachusetts las temperaturas pueden bajar a -28 grados o incluso menos en invierno. 10 grados es el clima de camiseta y pantalones cortos.
Por supuesto, alguien que viva en Siberia o Alaska probablemente piense que -28 grados no es frío. Todo una cuestión de perspectiva.

In Italia dicimos "hace un frio perro"
No se porqué en verdad
Soy desde alemania. Decimos "arschkalt" cuando querimos decir que es hace mucho frío. Eso significa algo como "culo frio". Pero es una frase muy coloquiale y nade de sério!
En Italia digamos: "C'è un freddo cane" (Hay un resfriado perro)", cuando hace mucho frio
En Austria nos decimos es culo frío.
Pues, no es para tanto. Aquí en el norte de Suecia -20 C a veces. 10 C es como el verano
