This kind of makes sense, since Estonian and Finnish are both Uralic Languages. You might find something similar if you look into Hungarian and some native northern Russian speakers...

It pretty much means "Hello everyone". And your writing wasn't that far off, only mistake is you need double k in "moikka" :D
