Merry Christmas, happy holidays!!! Training variety is so much fun, especially if something you don't tend to do regularly. Awesome filming, definitely got to start the day with a hot beverage. All the best in the new year, Travis.

You are still my favorite parkour girl because of the 1000 attempts you make when training and I complain with 10, nooo, it must be 1000

Hey Sydney, piece of advice which will help your tendonitis out massively if not get rid of it completely, you need to start regularly stretching the arches of your feet and stretch the calf muscles out as well, both these things are too tight and your tendons are being pulled on as a consequence, so the way you stretch your arches are by doing half a calf raise up against a wall and you hold it on one leg, once you start to feel a little bit of a burn in your arch and calf, you then stop doing the calf raise, you move your foot further back, you put your weight on the other leg, and you put your back foot on its toes and you lean your knee/leg forwards a bit so you stetch the arch, you don't have to stretch any muscle to any crazy degree, just gentle stretching is necessary to gain the desired effect. Now to stretch your calf muscle you do pretty much the same half calf raise on one leg, but once you stop and move your foot back, you keep your heel on the floor this time and do the same knee/leg lean. Both of these stretches will help your tendonitis out massively, and if you don't have it anymore I won't be surprised, loads of people think that stretching makes you worse as an athlete but it actually doesn't, once your body becomes used to it, it makes for even distribution of force across the body which is what you ultimately want. Hope I didn't mess up my explanation and you can understand my advice, and I hope this helps allot if you see it 🙂keep up the good work ❤

That window in the first seconds of this video has a lot of condensation on it, I hope you don't have mold growing in that apartment, but I would suggest that you do something to improve the air circulation in that apartment.
