I haven't washed nearly enough to know, but I think you should get at least 20 washes before you notice any changes. That's assuming you are washing on cold and hang drying. If you're putting in the dryer, it may be a bit less. Each shirt is different, so there's that to consider, as well!
I'm not sure you can calculate per print costs because everything will vary so much from user to user. Different images use different amounts of ink and so forth.

Yes! Definitely a cheaper route to go. I know Angie Holden has a video on how to make one and I have one planned soon!

You can use different transfers that give you more stretch for white toner transfers. My white toner only cost about4000.00 all together
