- It can be said that we each chose the life we are living right now. That as a Soul, before we took birth, we plotted out pivotal moments throughout this life in order to give ourselves the best opportunity to grow, to expand, to experience and ultimately to realise and remember our true nature.
This can be called our Destiny. However, we also have free-will and depending on how we respond and react in each moment, that destiny can alter. This can be called fate.
And that's why this Guided Meditation is about Trusting the Universe, remembering our true nature. Spending time with your Soul. It's been created to help gently guide you back to you... to help you remember your Soul's highest calling so that you can begin to align with all that is for your highest good.
In doing so, trust, flow and ease will become more and more effortless. Life will become effortless. For this is your true nature. 🥰
It's far more of an undoing than a doing, so simply relax and breathe and know that everything right now is exactly as it should be.

This meditation deeply touched my soul in places I didn't even know existed. I could not stop crying throughout the whole process because I just felt so much love and so much comfort from the universe and god.
