I remember many days killing my fingers passing all courses in first place in Nightmare Mode thinking that this one would unlock in any way. Then discovered that it was exclusive for the PSP version ;w;
Boy, me too killing my finger almost 24/7 just to unlock this.. . And years later I find it's only for psp version, I was so sad, damn, even the psp version has another battle mode and even 2 character this, made me sad and mad, kinda want to play the psp version. ;-;
I wish I could hack the PSP version and PC version and make a combo of them. I mean, making a PC version where: Subterranean Speedway be avalible (Be the 14th track of the game). And you unlock Mappy and Mr. Driller upon completing these: Mappy if you beat Nightmare Mode Mr. Driller if you beat Time Trial.
@YamiGekusu There was also a bonus Pac-Music track on R4 called "Eat 'Em Up"...normally accessible only when all cars are unlocked...but on one of my early PSU magazine discs is a secret code to unlock all cars & Eat 'Em Up automatically.
I'm glad that I had a PSP version of this game and it was sick. I agreed that the Gamecube and the PS2 removed that circuit off and it's a disappointment.
The twists and turns and just the generally long spaghetti-layout of this track are just too big to overlook, but hey, least we get a neato remix, and Mappy, lucky fucks XD
You know, I found this soundtrack in my PMWR PS2 disc (I explored the disc in Win. Explorer and found name SUBTERRA), but I didn't find the track. Does it mean that ACTUALLY this track is an unlockable, or is this just an unused piece of soundtrack in PS2 version of PMWR?
How Smash Bros never used this is beyond me. They did medleys for MegaMan and Mario and such but this would've fit right in with those.
I modded this Cloud Garden, and the Menu theme into the game and it worked perfectly
Hoping this gets put in Ultimate
@Treyton Still Don't think that has anything to do with it, Bandai Namco still owns the game
It's so bullshit how smash don't even add any pac man world music to smash bros, not even assist trophy to it
0:33 how to test headphones for good quality
The best remix of Dig Dug ever conceived. Whoever remixed these classic Namco tracks is something of a legend.
Agreed there! I've spent a lot of time searching for stuff like this, nothing like these games exists! These are really cool.
@@SuperStar7650incorrect, Charlie Malone did Subterranean Speedway
@@SuperStar7650 he also did retro maze and galactic outpost (original revision before the game came out)

i saw this track in the opening cutscene and tried my hardest to unlock it, got really pissed when i found out that it dosent exist
It exists, but only on the PSP version
psFACKfanboi I know that struggle. I've been hoping for forever that they'd remaster the game with all the content included.
Me too, I played the PSP version first, and was so disappointed when it wasn't on any of the other consoles. :(

funnily this track's audio is present in the filesystem for other ports of the game but the track was outright omitted from those ports

This should have been on all the consoles Pac-Man World Rally was released on.
Solamente esta pista se encuentra en la versión de PSP

_Oh cool, I wonder if BadBalloon has uploaded anything newer_
*checks video tab*
_Oh._
They left this out of PS2 And GameCube...what a terrible mistake...

Hidden bangers in this game OST
This track is a pain in the ass but fun :P The rolling boulders in the stage keep rolling on Mappy! >:(
The twists and turns and just the generally long spaghetti-layout of this track are just too big to overlook, but hey, least we get a neato remix, and Mappy, lucky fucks XD
you would think this would be included in ps2 instead of psp
How was this not on the console version. I’m mad
Hey kids just remember Susumu will always love his Father (except his Mother lol)
0:02 Strangely this sounds like a Mario song... :P
Ohhhhhhh okay, I never have played Dig Dug before.
I might sometime although I am more of a Pac-Man girl myself for classic Namco games... :)

It an unused piece most likely like or maybe a finalized version was planned for the PS2 with maybe a cross connect unlock with the PSP.
this file is also present in the GameCube and PC version of the game, it's unused content

In the PSP version, Mr. Driller is a playable character, and his dog, Dig Dog races with him. (Mappy is also in that version.)
