Dude this is amazing, have the emotional characters going outside of there main characterisation so encouragement, determination and bravery really shows anything is possible as long you believe in yourself.
Even though she had good intentions, i believe this is the worst thing Anxiety did in the whole movie. By then she knew that her plan didn't work and she could see that she couldn't fix it and yet prevented old emotions to come back even though Joy really could to fix this situation.

Anxiety has stopped thinking this point, her every throught are about fixing the problem that she unable to does, and hiding that fact from the others. So she just doing what people in trap would do.
You love to hate her, but keep in mind, she's not the "villain" just an antagonist who's doing what she believes is best for Riley. Like how Joy was in the first movie and took the lesson to heart in the end.
