For arthritis, try cutting out all eggs for a month or longer. I used to have pain in my hands/fingers 24/7. I did this, and in 2 1/2 weeks I noticed the pain was gone! I was putting on hand creme, which was usually painful, and it was not. Strangely, pain stayed in one pinkie finger for a couple more days and then left. Some people also find going off gluten and dairy helps. I am off all three. Look up whole food plant based diets and it is not as difficult as it might seem at first. Great video!

I love travel, and for whatever odd reason, this video made me more excited about travel. Maybe it’s the excitement of the international trip. I wouldn’t want to give up my nursing career, but there are times I wish I could figure out a part time travel job to fit around my main job. This is one of them.
Kay just an FYI….I’m sure you already know this but you can get a soy sauce alternative: they are called “CO CO AMINO’s” Taste just like soy sauce but better❣️❣️❣️My favorite is “Big Tree Organic.” Fair trade Non GMO. You can get it almost anywhere❣️
I know some domestic airlines don't do employees meals for FAs during domestic flights, but does that change if the flight is international or over a certain time frame like 6 or 8 hours?
It was always interesting to me why people choose the trips they choose. For me, it was all about the layover and getting to explore the world. I wanted the longest layovers possible in the destinations that I loved or were new to me. F/As w/kids fly to slam-click and have a day to themselves w/o kids constantly hounding them. Dinosaurs are all about the international "turns" that your crew did, working one leg and immediately deadheading back. That does guarantee they do get to DH and not be reassigned while on the layover should someone go out sick or w/an IOD. I would've done anything to get that Rome layover. Tokyo I can take or leave unless it's sakura season. Take care of that wrist!

That happened on one of my flights during American’s operational meltdown in late October of 2021. The two deadheading flight attendants from DFW to SFO became working flight attendants. They had to call crew scheduling to get the approval.
Do you get extra pay if you get pulled out of your original assignment at your airline kat . Can you do a video on the types of scenarios that you can be pulled and if you get paid
