I love that you did a wash n go! I feel like people immediately think custard twist out but you definitely could get a bomb wash n go with a good custard. I bought it and plan to use it as a wash n go too!

Hey Bri ( hi Ellie 🐈we miss you!) Great results! So glad to hear that Pattern did not dry out your strands. Does this curl custard play well with other brands? It looks like the Quidad Curl Immersion gel which I think was discontinued, i think.
To help reduce shrinkage after stretching: Pineapple your hair, then put your hair scarf around it and remove your hairtie. Then put your bonnet on. It helps A LOT to keep hair from reshrinking and doesn't mess with the curls like a regular pineapple. Don't tie your scarf tightly. If you need more moisture, add it before you start this and your hair will still not shrink up too much!(as long as you don't make your hair really wet) my hair loves to shrink i don't even use a pick all that much because it seems to make my hair shrink up more since I've broken that cast.
Did this product become STICKY considering it has AGUAVA in it?? I really want to try but I’m trying to stay away from anything that has HONEY in it!! It becomes STICKY & GUMMY!! 🤦🏾♀️😢 please advise..
I’ve never had any sticky residue with this product but any custard can give you that feeling if you’re applying too much. More water and less product and also setting underneath a hooded dryer or with a diffuser can also help with the setting process. Hope that’s helpful 💕

Yeah I’ve tried every pineappling technique in the book including this and it’s a no for my curls dawg 🤣
