Refer to Point No. 12 of the recruitment notification. In the case of multiple applications, the last Application will be considered. If Aadhar Number is not mandatory, then quote your PAN number instead and apply accordingly. It would be better if you can directly contact the BSPHCL technical team also.
Why the hell CAs need to have a bcom as well? Quite absurd demand tbh.
Don't glorify CA course.
Bachelors and Masters degree are always worthy degrees even though not as much as a professional degree like CA.

Kya Form Bharte waqt Aadhar Number/PAN Number etc bhi quote Kiya tha?
