Great trips I'm sure lots of us found helpful-the cardstock quality is so vital. Congrats to Ginny on that milestone-and to her family for all the support and encouragement you've given. Having had son and family at OU I know how scary those sirens get- in 2011, we did a tour at the Weather Center in Norman, and the next day my d-in-law, baby, and dog were in the basement of the OU Law School waiting one out. Hope this season resolves soon.
@@simplysimplestamping At that time there was a TV weatherman in OKC, Gary ????, and he was amazing to watch. I would live stream from my job and knew exactly what was going on 4 states away.
Connie, you look really awesome in that color (coral) top you are wearing. Just thought I’d tell ya. I love how you create. Front, back, inside and naked envelopes. I’ve learned so much from you. Thanks. Another Connie/Nebraska.
Thank you Connie, another great video filled with tips to help us learn! I appreciate the time & energy you put into teaching/showing up quick tips! I love the “kiss the bunny” gonna use that more! I just ordered some SU paper to do a comparison with, but that pretty much explains why the cards I make at a SU demonstrators house look so much better then what I stamp at home. 💓
Hi Connie - wow I did not realize you can refill the ink pads.Thank you for these great tips. I have been struggling with my stamped images not being what I wanted and I think I have been to heavy handed...lol.
LOVE this Tuesday Tip video! I've been wanting a video about re-inking stamp pads for a long time. Now I know the best way to re-ink, and how to fix it if I over-do it.
I couldn't agree more that card stock makes a huge difference in how your images come out. I have used the cheap card stock, and it is disappointing. Great tips as always. Thank you!
Thanks Connie! Great tips, especially how to reink. Before I found Stampin Up I bought a 110 lb white cardstock at Walmart, but I only use it for the cardbase. I did get a package of Whisper White for going forward. Love your videos as always! Have a great day!😊😉
Interesting, I was wondering if it was the cs I use. Have a heck of a time using the markers compared to all the SU videos I watch! Your right it saturates and looks awful. Going to try on the SU cs I have! Ty
Very useful, thank you. Connie, should I store the ink pads upside down? I have been told in the past that is the right way to do it. I just want to be sure. Thank you.🌷
However you with to pronounce the new ink color, thanks for sharing these tips. I have searched your channel before about reinking and it was so helpful. Thanks!
I was using the office supply cardstock until I bought the whisper white cardstock, and WOW what a difference....(had previously lots of eww stamped images until I went with the good cardstock)...
I wonder if a person could spray some clear acrylic or clear lacquer spray paint ( or even hairspray maybe ) onto cheap cardstock, in order to sort of seal the porosity on the surface of the card....and make it better to stamp on. I mean, I have already purchased a bunch of this cheapo cardstock, so I really don't want to just toss it.
@@simplysimplestamping I thought after I had written the comment that it could have just been one of those things where the words don't come out right when you are filming. I did not expect you to redo the video just for that. I had watched several other SU demonstrators who did struggle with the word. I hope you took the comment in the lighthearted manner it was meant. Totally forgiven!

Thank you for all this valuable information… You have solved
my problems!
Thanks for the tips Connie.
I hate those "new" ink pads.....mine leak every where!
Connie Stewart they were delivered that way, could see the ink on the inside of the plastic wrap. 😕
Thank you for explaining this Connie!!!! Kiss the bunny..🤣🤣🤣
Say it with me, folks! Ruh cocoa (or coco). Great video, though if I just get people to pronounce rococo.Say all the O's.
Finally, someone had the nerve to comment on pronunciation!!! Drives me crazy. Even heard “grapefruit GROOVE “ the other day!!!

I think it's pronounced "ROW - COCOA" Rose . Roccoco Rose
