I love all of your great recommendations. But I especially loved the Bobbinator, what a fantastic idea! Here's my tip that might help the travelling sewer. I use an empty dental floss container as a sewing kit. I'm able to store some sewing pins and needles in there, and I can even put a bobbin of thread inside it, which will feed through to the outside, plus the inbuilt floss cutter will also cut the thread. Thanks for taking the time to make such great videos. Your enthusiasm is so infectious.
I dont know if it is too early to wish a happy Christmas/happy Channukah etc. so i wish you and loved ones a lot of joy , pure joy, lot of love, pure love, inspiration and aspiration will never leave you. happy 2019!
Enjoyed the video. Some of your notion choices were for notions that were new to me. I'll give up my pill bottle bobbin holder if I can find the Bobbinator. Please keep the videos coming.
I loved watching all your fav neato mosquito notions. I'm your OG neato (and sometimes neato keeno) girl. I wish you would have listed more. It's really interesting seeing all the notions used by someone you love, watch, and respect. I appreciate the link you provided so I can check out the products a little more. Everyone is getting into the holiday spirit. Love your ornaments too Mr. D.
I love my super pointy tweezers for all kinds of things too. They come in handy when …. the scratchy side of Velcro gets threads or lint or whatever stuck in it … and then it WONT stick to the fuzzy side of the Velcro. Use the pointy tweezers to 'groom and clean' the Velcro so it will once again stick to itself. I LOVE your positivity! Thanks.
I love Flatter too. I have two scents. I use the Stash N Store, and have 3 of them for my pressing station, sewing area and cutting area. Tweezers work great for pulling out bits of fluff from your machine ( very carefully). I’ll have to try the ironing mat and the pins. Sound great. Thank you.
You know what makes that wool ironing mat even better than it is? Thermal (silver) batting underneath it. The thermal stuff doesn't allow any heat through to my table, and guess what? It directs it back up which has the effect of cutting my ironing time in half. My iron seems hotter on lower settings. I love my wool mat! Thanks for all your videos, I just love watching and learning from you.
Okay, you made my day with this video. My top one would be Rita’s Racques. I have rulers everywhere. Love the mat and want to try Flatter. Thanks for your enthusiastic videosq.
Obsessed with the wool pressing mat! Just ordered another one with a storage bag-moths😩. 2019 -goal is EPP-so I need the bobbinator!!! Have a great holiday season!!!
Hey, you're super fun sewing I love to watch and share your notion useful. Love use flatter spray and always use tweezers for applique.. your awesome do paper piece..
Great video! You need to have your own holiday box of your favorite things for sale! I’m going to be adding these things to my wish list now. I ordered Jenny’s Favorite things box from MSQC. I can’t wait to open it.
Try the Scissor Spot to keep your snips & tweezers handy right on your machine & Quilter's Slidelock ruler (game changer with fabric cutting accuracy & safety!)
I love my Olfa rulers. Not enough sizes to choose from and not many places to buy them. I wish they would expand and expand. AND, they don't have that stupid (imho) extra 1/2" on the side and bottom. That extra just screws me up, every tie.
If I use flatter will I lose weight. Haha haha. If only it were that easy. 😅😎😇 Do you use the small bottle of glue basting instead of the sewline glue stick?
Nice I'm going to have to give the small bottle of glue a try. Thanks for the awesome favs Matthew. I'm always looking for new tutorials from you. They are informative and your energy is infectious. 😁
Twenty-four degrees here in Columbia, MD. Looking at and enjoying your latest You-Tubes. Thanks, more interesting than anything on television!

I, too, love the sound a good pair of scissors makes when cutting fabric.

I am a new subscriber. TH-cam told me your channel was closely related to mine as a recommendation. Enjoying learning some new things...Mike
You crack me up! But thank you for your input! Helpful!
Great video! Did anyone notice that the top of the stash box is a version of the orange peel quilt pattern?
Probably a coincidence but still funny! :)
Great recommendations! Thank you. 🥰
What’s a Rita rack? Where can one be purchased? Pls give more details re: how you use it 🥰

Can you add links for the products or at least the names/companies? (Update for Mister Domestic - thanks! Chalk that up to a “Doh!” moment for me!)
You mean like the list with links that are in the blog post that I link in the description here?
The Flatter I have has such a strong fragrance that it is over powering.
Links to products?
Thank you!
Thank you for sharing the fact you have dealt with your eyebrows! I will never understand why all men don’t! 🐛 R NOT sexy!
You are awesome! Thank you for the info.
