LUCKY ME! I just finished a 6 hour session of Fortnite. I was signed in before the outage and continued to play for over 6 hours with no issues. I did see notifications that PSN was having network issues but it didn't affect me because I was already in and playing.

I hate sony. I’m missing out on black ops 6 double xp weekend. And since I own 2 ps5 consoles. I can’t play any of my games offline without an internet connection. I mean aren’t single player games still fine even ones that kinda are online like Gotham Knights or Just Cause 4 should still be fine? I tried Gotham knights at least and apart from playing with friends it runs fine. Also like playing Arkham City which is digitally downloaded on my 360 still kickin so…this is a strange argument for physical media like I understand the argument for it over like streaming shows and movies since those get removed every few months on platforms but this?

I just finished a 6 hour session of Fortnite.
I was signed in before the outage and continued to play for over 6 hours with no issues.
I did see notifications that PSN was having network issues but it didn't affect me because I was already in and playing.
This is why I buy physical and play offline
I like how they say some players are having an issue no everyone who has a PlayStation is having issues such a joke I bet they got hacked not maintenance server announcement or anything been down for 5 hours now by the way
I'm on the West Coast, the PSN on my console says it's down, however, I'm still able to play my single player games, from either disc, or downloaded.

I feel so silly. I spent a hour of my life thinking my wire that connects my playstation to my internet was broken and trying to set up wireless and thinking my internet was down. then I realized it wasn't my internet and thinking I didn't pay my subscription so I trying to buy manual subscription. then realized I alrighty had an activate subscription on my account? I was so confused so I went to google and asked if Playstation is down and this youtube video popped up. I Thought I was going crazy for a moment and I am glad I am not actually going crazy, just yet.

I hate sony. I’m missing out on black ops 6 double xp weekend. And since I own 2 ps5 consoles. I can’t play any of my games offline without an internet connection. Only on my primary console which is in my room and my other ps5 is in my living room and is completely bricked because of Sony stupid ass policy not allowing you to play any games offline without an internet connection to verify your license. I’m so pissed off right now. And what makes things even worse is that I have my credit card information saved on my psn account. So if PlayStation gets hacked my credit card info will be in danger.
