2023 Tampa City Council Runoff Debate: Candidates running for district seats face off

The 2023 Tampa City Council Runoff Debate is taking over Hillsborough Community College Tuesday evening. The debate consists of candidates running for seats in districts 1, 2, 3 and 6.
Candidates include Dr. Sonja Brookins, Alan Clendenin, Robin Lockett, Guido Maniscalco, Lynn Hurtak, Janet Cruz, Charlie Miranda and Hoyt Prindle, III.
The event format will allow the candidates "a unique opportunity to hear from and engage directly with our millennial demographic, the business community, and Tampa voters," leaders from the Tampa Bay Chamber explain online.
