Cherry Blossom Burst rarely catches an opponent from a distance. The thing that makes it unique is that it travels underground and goes under/through other projectiles like Amaterasu. So it might catch an opponent off guard thinking their jutsu is stronger. It can sometimes catch an opponent up close, which is probably better since you can combo off of it now. As well as combo into it just for damage

Well the game is kind of expensive so I hope you're not buying it just to play one character. I love Sakura but I love all my girls too I will say however that it's still very early, people are still figuring things out. Nobody really knows the tier list yet. But the girls definitely seem viable to me, I mean Sakura does have an infinite combo and cherry blossom clash is still good, even if it is maybe a bit harder to use now. So I'm not giving up on anything, I'm gonna put in the time to learn all her secrets

Karin, Tsunade, and Tenten are also characters I like, but I do not enjoy how lazily the developers designed their movesets. I was expecting an Adult Sakura character with a new moveset since this is a new game. Or at least some new jutsu. Sakura is capable of more than just punching the ground. But of course, I am let down by lazy devs.
