I remember being in Solvang as a kid during the 60's, it sure was different then. Now every shop and nook just sells the same mass produced shit I can order through Amazon. Aww heck, lets just play along with the facade and act like like THIS is an "Authentic" old timey Dutch Christmas. The one thing that shatters this illusion however is the ever present mask. We just look pathetic when we try to act like everything is everything, while wearing some stupid piece of cloth over our faces.
