Is BT Karachi possession charges and utility chargez are legal or not ? I don't see any construction in Precinct 24, then why should i get its possession. Please reply.

Can I pay these changes after the transfer is completed or should I need to pay fine after the ending date.
Your transfer is complete,it only takes 14 days for issuance of final transfer letter.If they did not ask for charges at the time of transfer,you can wait a little,but if you receive ang letter during this time,then you need to pay. Yes Orchard 4 is not approved yet,but still when a society is ready for possession,developments are complete around 80%.So they are demanding these charges before time,which were normally supposed to be paid at the time of construction,previously.
@@mujahidupn9954 bhai u cant any utility connection unless you are LDA approved society. Previously Bahria got connection under the table without approval. Ethically and morally Bahria cant asked for atleast utility charges for an illegal society.

Better not to buy plot in Bahria,what about plot buyed for investment purposes?
