I think it's very hard in using this system and also why do drivers have to except the fare in the car. Do like uber/lyft do. Everything is paid with the dispatcher before the customer gets in the cab. And it's less dangerous as well.

A complete outdated system. Can base operators select favorite drivers to pass on lucrative jobs. A disaster of a system where Free Now will clean up on. Its the most complicated and tired system I have ever seen.

Its hard enough with the ride share in market , why we need to be distracted with old system, its a dull system
For the drivers who always on the road with so many distractions ...why would we needed a sophisticated system...shame on them if they discourage driver feedback

Why doesn't it tell the driver where the pick up is before they have to press accept?
Why, when a pre-booking is sent to the PDA, does it only give the driver the collection time and passenger name? Not the collection address.
Why when a job is cancelled does it beep with a message that the job is no longer available until the driver clears the screen.....THEN beep again continuously till the driver presses ok, with the message that the job has been taken back to base?
WHY does it beep twice to tell the driver that they've moved away from the passenger, when that is the way they must go because there is a canal in the way?
WHY is there yet another button to press after pressing COMPLETE?

Icabbi is shockingly driver unfriendly, distracting to use and the people in the office dislike it too.

There's any way to see the job before accepting it?

Worse idea ever! Counter productive...driving a cab should be simple. A dispatcher and a cab. That's all needed

Has the iCabbi app got night mode? As the screen is very bright at night & causes discomfort to the eyes even when the light is on low. A black background would be great.

It took me 5 years to learn how to text. This will take me 55 years to learn. Why cant we just have a dispatcher and radio. That system has worked for over 100 years

@@mariadavidow2121 XXI century, computers, apps, automatic dispatch are much more effective than human behind desk, and you don't have to pay them wages.
With developing AI, human operators won't be needed at all.

Not feasible, taxi need simple and faster way of communication. It look like this app is for an IT professional not for taxi driver.

Accepting a job? Where is the beeeep noise. Repeating over and over at you until you are forced to take your eyes off the road ahead of you.
Beeeeeep beeeeeeeeep Why doesn't it beep in the video? Turn the volume down in reality and you'll miss jobs unless you stare at it.

Absolutely GARBAGE of App. It's not even available on the playstore, so that says a lot about it!!!
Not user friendly and doesn't give you option after picking up and putting the meter on to put the Google map on. Doesn't give you options to work out the total you've done at the end of the shift. Waste of time.

Forking robot sounding twerp just makes it harder than before
    Just an extra relentless chore
Dang , maybe customer could help a struggling server ,,,,, Ridiculousness vs simplicity.
