I think this test doesn't do any justice to the A13 because many apps seems to be already open atleast once prior the video so the operating system already optimize them for fast start-up unlike on the A13. Some social media apps even have an account on the A12 unlike the A13.

the difference is A13 has larger screen resolution, and maybe better camera i think
