General about the Book
It is a book primarily for pastors and is called a priceless and unrivaled manual of pastoral advice. But it is also for all Christians, as Martin Luther described it as a quintessence of christian doctrine and composed in such a masterly manner all that is needful for Christian knowledge and life. Paul especially used the young Titus in difficult church situations as can be deducted from Galatians, 2 Corinthians, 2 Timothy and here, and there is some lessons in that.
