You are speaking as if the runner is intentionally wanting to hurt the other. It might happen with immature TFs who let the ego prevail over soul, but that can be maintained just for shorter time periods. I believe the runners always run out of fear. The fear is the key, it’s what makes them react harshly and can even trigger them being cruel towards their counterpart. Approaching your TF then almost looks like trying to approach a wounded wild animal-it won’t let you approach and help, if you try, they might bite. Lol. So, you either let them lick their own wounds and heal themselves, or die. From the distance, the only thing how one can help is by having positive thoughts. That one is acting like a tranquilizer (for a wounded and fearful TF). :) Btw, I agree about the “death wish”...people should be careful what they wish for. You mentioned Lindy Cowling-agree about her, though I do not understand why she disables the comment section for her videos. The “shut up and listen” approach shows she does not allow herself to grow in terms of being challenged.
Kristina L. I don’t think Lindy Cowling disables comments for that reason. There are youtubers I know that just don’t want to put up with malicious trolls for them or their viewers and with how sensitive things get with TF I’m sure all the triggering leads to some nastiness.

Dio, in my dynamic, my twin is the runner. I tried to get us back together a year ago and he told me that he wanted to be single while he completed a stage in his career before diving straight into another relationship - he may have already been seeing this guy for a week or two by this point. He posted pictures of them online and stuff very soon after this (having never done this with me) is this what he’s doing? I don’t think it’s payback but i do think he’s trying to hide something; the night he ended it, he walked away from me in tears and he was really angry when he found out that I heard him; he said he was embarrassed I had heard that. They always say a relationship that’s posted online for people to see isn’t genuine, they’re trying to prove something, but what do you think/feel?

Runner isn't necessarily trying to get retribution. In my case, I was just trying to move on with my life. I never denied loving him. If someone asked, I'd say I "loved" him (past tense), but the part that was a lie was that I didn't 'used to' love him, but that I still did...

I am tired inside and outside . Seems I hv not slept since many months.. Coz we stay in different tine zone. N even if I sleep for 2-3 ,hrs. It's as if I hv met him n come. I found out who my twin was after reaching out to him and after finding out that I am a twin flame on a mission to help mother Gaia... I'm a crystal child. I grew up being bullied without noticing I was bullied. I grew up in a loving household but my independence was somehow supressed by over protection from family. I was ordered around and supressed by some immature incompetent adults from school, (the stupid Matrix) who unconsciously smashed mine and some of my peers' self steem and faith, it created chaos in general in our lives, so much anger, so much frustration... Even through my twin was always by my side he was invisible to me because I was disconnected... he didn't help anything and to my younger self, a passive observer of everything. I ran energetically feeling guilty without understanding anything. It has too intense. I felt my freedom being threathened. I did felt tempted to help him out but I didn't understand how would we work out. I'm demisexual on the first place and he never talked so... I know that as teens we had some processes we couldn't help... Like feeling embarrassed about many things, etc. Because of that, because I don't know his story and because God is merciful I can forgive from heart. It's the human experience I was made to come un touch with. Honestly, I wish I could be more forgiving as I was as a child. Being like that is unnatural in this world and I know very well people are mean to people like that and it's confusing... And even though I am not of this world it's inevitable to have to act like teen sometimes ir be harsh and I despise it... it'll be alright... I'm loved by God. Yes, he came onto me but I did not know what was going on. Then when he was sent somewhere else, I realized the connection and could not deal with the pain. I realized that I made a mistake. Then he was running. I met him 5 years ago but have been apart 4 years. He was chasing me 1 year. I do not think he knows about twin flames.
