My brain tells me the exact same. I need to trick it sometimes by telling it I'm only going out for a few miles and when I'm out and going I'm alright. Great video.

I love mantras, I have an ever growing list, and I read it over before a big effort, and latch onto whatever one rings that day. I love the idea of changing something up, I'll try that! What was the temp and why don´t you wear tights or some sort of protection especially on for your knees? I´ve read cold is not good for knees which have nothing to warm them

Thankfully Mondays are a recovery run with 8x100m hills in the middle, but that helped the Tuesday 8x Km 😉.
