    I have learned so much from you in this single video. Much much more than the other 20 some odd videos I've watched before yours. I was starting to get frustrated and started to think that I was way in over my head, but you have without a doubt revived the hope I was beginning to lose. You can talk as fast as you want, thank you ever so much for sharing!

    Thank you SO much for this video. It's so nice of you to share this information with us!!!! So I ordered two notebooks with my artwork and they came out really great.
    The quality and color is great and they arrived in perfect condition in 7 days from ordering. They actually were shipped the day after I ordered them. They were packaged in sized to fit zip open cardboard mailers and are in perfect condition. I'm thrilled with the results. Thank you again for your generosity in sharing this site with us! I just love these journals!!!!!!!

    Hunter! God bless you for sharing these informations with like us who are thinking about starting. I was completely blind about it and I privately messaged Etsy sellers asking informations about their suppliers and no one wants to tell. I mean, I can understand but on the other side it’s very sad. It’s like asking a magician to reveal his secret. You however, have been so generous with your informations. God bless your heart ♥️

    So I was really happy with my first orders for journals as they arrived perfectly and I loved the quality AND they arrived very quickly. However, with my last order, my package has been stalled at our post office for over a week. It made it to the post office VERY quickly and there it sits. So far it's been there for a 8 days. Apparently the packages are sent via UPS and UPS drops them at your post office and is delivered by them...or not! It's called "innovative delivery." Ha! Some innovation!

    • @huntermerck
      @huntermerck  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Luckily it sounds like a post office issue rather than a company problem! I once had a package (not notebooks just a general package) that ended up in Hawaii for some reason, but I live in South Carolina and it was coming from Indiana! I hope you get your package soon!

    • @sutyd
      @sutyd 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@huntermerck Oh, I'm sure it's our post office but UPS said to contact the sender. Had UPS brought the package directly, I would have had it a week ago. I don't understand why they hand it off to the post office in the first place as the shipping charge is no cheaper doing it that way it doesn't seem. Thanks.....Hunter....I'm loving these journals and am so happy to have seen your video. So...learning patience is not a big deal. Just frustrating.

    Thank you thank you thank youuuu! For uploading this. My girlfriend and I wanted more information to start the process of creating a journal and this helped SO MUCH! I do have one question, I know you said when designing the pages, if you want 100 pages, it would be 50 sheets. Is this the same when ordering? I’m looking at the price guide on lulu, so for the example, would I put “100 pages”, which would equal 50 sheets? Thank you in advance ❣️

  • @yuxi2712

    Thank you so much for this video! It’s so helpful. One thing I was to ask is the difference between shipment free or shipment by buyer. If it’s shipment free, do we go to the post office and ship it? Could I just ship the notebook through lulu straight to the buyer? I was a little confused on that.

    • @huntermerck
      @huntermerck  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I personally prefer to have the products shipped straight to me and then I pay for shipping to customer for quality control, but I have in the past sent products straight to the customer from LuLu! I’ve noticed that notebooks ordered in larger quantities are typically better packaged but if I only order 2-3 at a time, something is damaged almost every time. I price my notebooks to cover the cost of the notebook and to ship it to me plus the cost of shipping to the customer! So my notebooks are $20 each but that’s with free shipping instead of charging $15 plus $5 shipping if that makes sense! People prefer to pay for product over shipping so it just looks more enticing lol

    • @valeriag7626
      @valeriag7626 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@huntermerck how big are the quantities that have better packaging? I placed an order for five notebooks and they were all damaged on the corners and they sent replacements but they were also damaged :/ I’m willing to place a 10 notebook order if it means they’ll have better packaging.
