But no matter how hard I tried, I still felt sleepy. Crawling into bed, I hoped to fall asleep quickly. But my mind was still buzzing with thoughts from the TV show. It took me a long time to finally drift off to sleep. The next morning, I woke up feeling groggy and disoriented. I glanced at the clock and realized I had overslept. I hurried to get ready for the day, feeling rushed and unprepared. Sleeping late may seem like a good idea at the time, but it often leaves us feeling tired and out of sorts the next day.
