I know there is a *Harry Potter Stuff Pack* by *brittpinkiesims* and it has several different wands. None of them really look like Fairygodmother's, but Narcissa's wand is probably the best you could find... It's black and silver instead of white and gold, but it has some nice details that make it more elegant then the rest of them. I hope this as helpful. :-)
