Jason, we had the same problem with beavers years ago. We busted dams and shot beavers for several years. The land owner finally hired a trapper to come in and that ended all the work after he got through.
You need to look into buying a skid steer with different attachments, bucket, backhoe and tree/brush cutter, the best do all piece of equipment you can have to maintain your property.
@HollisFarmsMS I wish I could, you have more than me for sure, a little of that timber logging money would buy you a nice one with all the attachments or get one through a sponsorship deal like Lee & Tiffany Lakosky, you definitely have enough viewers to make it worthwhile for a company to do that for you.

Jason, one of the easiest places to trap beavers is at a culvert like that. Bust out a small hole in front of the culvert and then set a few foothold traps right in front of the culvert. Just make sure you have a firm bottom to bed your traps.
If you run an extension cord out there and bring a pump it might drain a little faster after you keep opening up channels for the water to go to the other side

I know this may sound sketchy, but how good are you at brake turning a tractor and how good are the brakes on that tractor? I would practice if I could do a full left and full right brake turning with 1 wheel sitting in the same spot for both up on wide open flat spot, if it works then try to do it on the first few feet of the "Bridge " part of that road and see if you still feel comfortable; if that works, take yourself on down to the pipe. You had the reach but 6 foot was lost to reaching out past your outriggers. I understand and can see you are fairly new to running that machine, I am not trying to insult you or anything, just help. My other thought is this one, that machine is nothing but a big hydraulic pump for everything, just like a bushhog wants the rpms at the PTO, so does that pump. Without the right RPM's that pump is slow and sluggish and all the movements are hitchy and worse to control. Turn your speed up, my friend, you will get the hang of it a lot faster. I got yelled at for doing it, thought if it was moving slower I was less likely to break something, the owner yelled at me for it, so now I am trying to courteously help you with the same suggestion. You need the right RPM's at the pump or it is harder to work with those things. Ask Tim O'Bryant and he will tell you I am not lying to you. Thanks for all the videos, Jason. Me, too! Jason, make sure you film it for us. Beavers sure are destructive - I can’t think of one thing they are good for. They pretty much destroyed our family pond; I wasn’t equipped to take care of it, so we ended up selling the land after my parents died. At least y’all have the equipment and knowledge to take care of the problem.
