Thanks for the shout out Mart, I do appreciate it. The beech over the path is a strange tree - looks like it’s been immac’d it’s so smooth! That was a lovely shot of it though. Hope to bump into you guys in the coming months
@@MHLandscapeI’m away at the moment mate and don’t get back until Friday. If the conditions look amazing I may be tempted, otherwise it will be a lay in!!
great video again Martin, the conditions where not what you wanted, but I think really worked in your favour capturing brilliant soft pastel images as you say almost looks more like a painting rather than a photograph, great job mate.
Could have vloged the lightening. 🤣 Huge amount of knobs mate, must be the 'in' thing at the minute. Sorry I didn't join you, had to drop the boss off at the airport so was half way to the Chase. Same conditions as you had fantastic day. Great images mate.
Hi Martin I won't lie....i was a bit disappointed not to hear some innuendos about moist muffins or sausages when you called at McDonald's 😂 I remember Steve reviewing that tripod and still to this day I'm not aware of any other tripod that uses that single open and closing of the legs. I would love to visit Holme Fen one day but it's nearly 3 hours drive so definitely too far for a day trip or even a weekend. I already getting weekends booked up through October and into Nov so it might have to be next year. Rain is great for creating mist like conditions but when I was in Cannock Chase last Sunday it was just too heavy for my liking 😂
Thanks mate, I'm disappointed I didn't think of any innuendos! It's a cracking little tripod! If you're down that way for a prolonged period, definitely worth a visit to Holme fen, we've had some crazy rain recently, while it does add to the scenes there is a fine line to there being too much!
Great vid Martin. Tripod does look good and I would definitely use one. I need something like it for my forthcoming trip to the US, having held Steve’s (tripod) I know how light it is. £250 mind 🤔 Maybe they will ask me to review it 😂.

Thanks Jamie, glad you liked the image. I'm actually back over there next Saturday with Dave Peck and Steve if you're around.

Great little tripod by the looks of it mate, if I hadn't already got a simular one I'd have a look at this.
Thanks mate 👍
Enjoyed that, you did well given the conditions. I really need to make an effort to revisit Holme Fen when travelling to relations in Norfolk.
Thanks Tim, the rain was brutal. Holme fen is brilliant!

Too many trees in the way 🤣 glad you enjoyed it, shame you couldn't make it, hopefully next time.

It would be great for your trip, it is on the dearer side, but I honestly think it's worth it.
Nice video. Im on the look for a lightweight tripod. Might look into that one if its available in Norway
Thanks mate, it's a cracking little tripod.
