- Mallard gamechangers are extraordinary flies that exhibit exceptionally organic movement, so I wanted to try a micro version! Flies like these come to life in the water, and the Fly Tester by @FlymenFishing is a great way to showcase them! It’s compact, and purpose-built to direct flow to test flies both in and on top of the water. Stick around to the end to watch this fly swim! 💙

I like the addition of showing it in movement at the end. I don't fish but I love watching you make art
No fishing required! So glad you’re enjoying these!
I really enjoyed seeing the finished lure underwater. Very satisfying.
So glad you enjoyed the addition of the water! I really think it showcases the flies (especially the articulated ones) beautifully!
I just love watching you bring order out of chaos! There's all this fluffy stuff, and some sparkly stuff, and feathers...then you put it all together into a lovely little piece of art!
You said it perfectly! I often tell people that I love making order from chaos. Same reason I love to knit! Crazy ball of yarn --> beautiful garment with some dedication :)
I just learned 2 tie a very basic gamechanger felt incredible... then i saw this! I have a long long way 2 go 😅
Exactly where I started - the progression will come quicker than you think! Keep me updated!
@shetiesflies I defently will, your videos are a massive inspiration.
You know it’s serious when the flash is the first thing you tie on!
🤣🤣🤣 Right?!?!
Peak vise and a wedding ring tattoo, you go girl ! 🎉
:)
Your videos are always so relaxing, and so interesting that I never want to look away to rest my eyes😅 I rarely ever go fishing, but this looks so fun, I would love to come up with or follow some fly designs someday!
I'm so glad you're enjoying, and you absolutely should! Keep me posted and let me know how it goes!
I love the addition of action underwater, always pleasing to see🤌

Greatings from Scotland. Wow, another masterclass in fly tying, a complete work of art. Can i ask what UV torch do you use to set the resins and polishes.
Anyone who doesn't like the music must have a volume control on whatever device they use to watch your videos.
Greetings from Florida, USA! Thank you so much for the kind words! I use this one and it works like a champ! a.co/d/9sBaHD4
I've visited Scotland and absolutely loved it! I've enjoyed an unabashed love affair with wool for over a decade and especially enjoyed the Isle of Skye!! Found the most amazing wool and woven fabric there (Harris tweed and beyond!)!
Wow and Ty
Thank YOU for watching!
Awesome video. Great technic and love watching you videos 😎👍
Thanks so much!
Lures so good it works on humans
:)
Великолепно 👍😊, музыка очень подходит под ваш стиль вязания👍
Спасибо! Я рад, что вам понравилось!
I love my peak vise! Where do you get your duck feathers?
This pack of duck feathers came in a bigger box of used fly materials I got when I first started and it wasn't labeled. That said, J Stockard has some great duck feathers and a few other online vendors, as well.
Lady you got to know this shits great on acid
Glad you were able to enjoy it on another level!
Any chance you could drop a link to where you get your materials?
Absolutely! I try to shop at local outfitters when I can! If you're in Tampa, hit up Tampa Fishing Outfitters or Tailwater Outfitters. Online you can try jsflyfishing.com, flyfishfood.com, and even Amazon can be a great outlet! Any ingredient you're looking for specifically?
Aw, I miss the background music
Is it not playing for you?
